If you have unfinished drinks from your meal and your booking time is approaching, please ask your server for plastic cups. You may bring your unfinished drinks to the 3rd floor and finish them there before entering the Escape Room. No drinks are permitted inside the playing areas.

No. Given the structure of private rooms (no stranger can book into your room), we set base prices, regardless of number of participants. See “how much does it cost?” above.
We understand that plans change, so reservations can be changed up to 24 hours before your game (follow link in your confirmation email). Email Events@GrandIllusionCider.com within 24 hours if you must cancel.
The recommended ages for our games are 12 and up. Younger players, 14 and under, are allowed with a paying adult, 18 or older, but some of the game content may be more difficult for them.
